RACHEL | Founder
A math-loving Wisconsin girl, Rachel has a heart for entrepreneurs. She’s owned and operated multiple businesses, so she understands their challenges and sympathizes with the complexities of running a business while balancing the daily to-dos. With a degree in both Accounting and Music, Rachel sees the beauty in numbers and how music and business are both highly mathematical and emotional. She’s grateful every day that she gets to run a business that uses her passions to help others.
Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Brian and dog Bella, camping, hiking, volunteering, and whiskey neat.
ALAYNA | Senior Bookkeeper
Alayna started her bookkeeping journey by pure chance but quickly realized how much she loves the problem-solving and puzzle-piecing that bookkeeping requires. She’s passionate about helping others understand how all the financial pieces fit together and why they are important in running their businesses.
Alayna lives near Austin Texas with her husband and two kids. When she’s not in the books, she enjoys crocheting and diamond painting, trying (and failing) to beat her kids in Uno No Mercy, and exploring new nature parks with her family.
AMY | Assistant to the CEO
Amy was born and raised in central Pennsylvania. While going to school for dance, she found a love for helping others, organization and order. Right out of school, Amy took her first administrative position and discovered this was where she was meant to be. She works hard on the little things so others can handle the big things. Details and organization are her passion.
Amy married her high school sweetheart, Wade. They have a daughter and two dogs. She enjoys teaching dance, hiking, reading books, walking their dogs, and being outside in the sun.
ANDREA | Bookkeeper
Andrea has always liked the consistency and dependability of numbers. After enjoying a high school accounting class, it seemed like a logical career choice and she's never looked back! Andrea has her CPA and worked in public accounting before stepping back to spend time with her busy family. She has a passion for problem solving and loves helping clients grow their businesses.
Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, often watching them compete in sports. Elusive quiet time is spent dabbling in essential oils, catching up on her favorite shows, and shopping.
SHAWNA | Bookkeeper
Shawna always envisioned a life that included serving others, and dedicates her time volunteering. She views her career as an extension of serving others by providing exceptional and personalized service to her clients to let them know how important they are and how much she values their business. As a small business owner herself, she finds joy in working with entrepreneurs.
Shawna married her high school sweetheart and they have 2 fur babies. She has a creative flair that led her to open a boutique clothing business in addition to writing poetry, crafting, baking, and scrapbooking.
LISA | Bookkeeper
Lisa comes to us with over 25 years bookkeeping and accounting experience. She is passionate about helping small businesses and entrepreneurs succeed. She loves keeping books clean and tidy in order for you to focus on your business instead of worrying about your finances.
Lisa lives in Ohio with her husband and spoiled Sheltie. Outside of work, she enjoys music, reading, trail hiking, and spending time with her kids & grandkids, friends, and family. Lisa is also actively involved in her church and community service.
